Where are your products manufactured?

All of our ceramic, glass, stainless-steel, silicone rubber and plastic parts are manufactured in China.

 

Do your products contain any lead or hazardous material?

No. Due to the nature of the product we take extra caution in selecting the materials used for our products, and all our products meet the safety standard of FDA and California Proposition 65. Information available, upon request.

 

How do your products come packaged?

With the exception of our cups and mugs that come in sets of four, most of our products come in a color gift box.

 

Do you gift wrap?

We do not offer gift wrapping.

 

What type of payment method do you accept?

Credit card payment and PayPal, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your order will be charged at the time of placing order.

 

How can I check status of my order?

Can I still cancel or change my order after placing an order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if your order has not been shipped out yet. For changing items, we need to cancel the order first and ask you to replace correct orders. Please contact us by e-mail with order ID #.
