What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 10 business days of order received.
If your FORLIFE product was purchased from a third-party retailer, we respectfully ask that it'd be returned to the point of sale.
What information do you require to process return?
We will require Receipt of purchase and reason for your return.
Where should I submit my return claim?
Please contact us before returning your item. FORLIFE's customer service staff is available from 8:30am to 5:00pm PST Monday through Friday.
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
Your refund will be issued once we have received and thoroughly inspected the item. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to show on your card/bank.
Things to keep in mind:
Shipping is non-refundable (this includes return shipping charges)
All Products must be returned in new, undamaged conditions and in original protective packaging.
What if my item arrived Damaged or is Defective?
We ask that you inspect all items once you have received your order.
If you find breakage or defect with your purchase, please report to us within 10 days with a photo of breakage, damage or defect.
You can send us an email email@example.com with proof of Purchase and picture of damage / Defect, we will follow up accordingly.
Can I exchange and item?
Unfortunately, we do not process exchanges. We recommend that you place your order for the item you’d like to purchase and follow our Return process.
